Privacy Notice (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

FASTHOOK NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we") is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected in this Customer Application Form (CAF). This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
   a) Identity: name, father's/husband's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, live photograph.
   b) Identity & address documents: type and number of your Proof of Identity and Proof of Address, and images of those documents. Aadhaar is used only if you choose it voluntarily; you may give any other valid document instead.
   c) Contact: mobile, alternate mobile, WhatsApp number, e-mail, emergency contact.
   d) Location: permanent address, installation address, GPS location of the installation.
   e) Service: plan, equipment, IP address / user ID assigned to you, and records of your consent (OTP, time, device).

2. PURPOSES
   a) Verifying your identity and address before providing internet service, as required by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) licence conditions.
   b) Providing, billing and supporting your internet connection.
   c) Meeting legal obligations, including lawful requests from government / law enforcement agencies.
   We do NOT use your data for marketing and do NOT sell it.

3. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
   While your service is active and for 2 year(s) after it ends (or longer if a law or authority requires). After that it is deleted or anonymised.

4. SECURITY
   Documents and ID numbers are encrypted; access is limited to authorised staff and every access is logged.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
   You may: access a summary of your data; ask for correction or updating; ask for erasure once it is no longer legally required; nominate a person to exercise your rights; withdraw consent (this does not affect data we must keep by law, and service may be discontinued); and raise a grievance. Use the customer portal at https://caf.fhnpl.com/my or contact our Grievance Officer. We respond within 90 days.

   If not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
